Who is this Workshop For?
Although this workshop will be helpful to anyone interested in breathing, the following three groups will benefit the most:
Beginners
If you’re interested in breathing but don’t have an established practice, this is the ideal workshop to gain clarity and find the right routine for you.
Podcast & YouTube Learners
If you started practicing breathwork after listening to a podcast or watching a YouTube video, this short workshop will help you get more from your practice. Usually, people talking about breathwork in those places only discuss what worked for them. In this workshop, you’ll be discovering what works for you.
Coaches (non-breathing)
If you’re a sports, performance, health, or life coach (or somewhere in between), this workshop will provide a framework for incorporating simple & safe breathing exercises into your coaching.
