If you’re reading this, you’re probably aware of the importance of nasal breathing. But, you might not have known that a 2018 study concluded that all the benefits of slow breathing—whether in our brains, nervous systems, or emotions—might be linked to the nose.
That’s a powerful statement.
We won’t make our mantra any longer, but just remember that those deeper, slower, quieter, and more regular breaths should be taken through the nose most (but not all) of the time 😊
