Treating voice as breath—so obvious, yet I hadn’t thought about it until reading this in Breath Taking—is another way to bring mindfulness into your day. 

 

When you’re listening to music or to a person speak, notice that they’re doing a “breathing exercise,” allowing you to hear the audible sound of life 🙏
