Who is The Breathing Diabetic?

I was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes when I was 11. I started actually caring about my blood sugars when I was around 25. I focused on diet and exercise and got good results. However, it was not until I started breathing correctly that I achieved the best control of my life. I wanted to know why, and this sent me on a journey to understand the science behind breathing and blood sugars. The Breathing Diabetic documents that journey.

I hope this website will help you breathe better to improve your overall health and well-being.
