This program is designed for people dealing with excessive stress and anxiety from a significant life setback (recent injury, illness, diagnosis, etc.). If you’re frustrated, discouraged, or just plain exhausted from not seeing meaningful improvement, this program is for you.

Unique 3-Pillar Approach

My coaching is an integration of:

Breathing: Oxygen Advantage®, Pranayama, and various slow & fast breathing exercises.

Mindfulness: Cultivating awareness, acceptance, and inner peace with easy-to-implement daily practices.

Mindset: Using a unique combination of breathing + mindfulness, remembered wholeness practices, and quick-win thought experiments.

Process


Phase 1: Accept (weeks 1-2)

Learn simple mindfulness practices to better accept your current situation, allowing you to find clarity and direction. We’ll also find a quick win for you to start feeling better immediately.

Phase 2: Adapt (weeks 3-4)

Learn effective breathing practices to increase nervous system resiliency, enhance your sense of control, and cultivate gratitude despite your situation. A change in your overall wellness and emotional regulation will be evident in your daily life.

Phase 3: Restore (weeks 5-8)

After accepting and adapting, you will learn two practices that access your unique physical and mental signatures of wellness. You will go forward from your setback better than before and have a new skillset to handle all future life challenges.

Package Details:

  • 8-week program.

  • Once a week, we’ll have a 60-minute Zoom meeting where you’ll receive supportive listening followed by personalized guidance and a customized program based on the three phases above.

  • Coaching that is tailored to your current level of experience with breathing and mindfulness.

  • A daily breathing program with guided audio sessions will be supplied as needed.

  • Quantifiable results using the scientifically-established Perceived Stress Scale (PSS).

  • WhatsApp or email as needed for follow-up questions or support.

Three payment options make it accessible to get started:

  • $1,000 paid in full.

  • Two payments of $550.

I’ve dealt (and am always dealing) with significant life setbacks associated with my type-1 diabetes (and just being a human 😊). I developed this flexible 3-phase approach out of a deep personal need to recover and minimize these challenges. I’m confident it will work for you because it has worked for me and dozens of others who have gone through the program.
